Functional. Takes 3x as long due to large cover over the hole and low flow hose. If there's another option, use it.

Good working order. With hose. Take note this dump spot is about chest high and not ground level. Right next to public toilets in carpark.

Filthy Beast and Goody Two Shoes
The hose has recently been replaced but again with a clear, thick walled hose that is too short to properly clean the bowl. The tap still faces the wrong way and soon the hose will kink at the tap and again restrict the water flow. Over the 6 years I have been using this dump point (relatives in the area) I have phoned council at least 4 times, explained the requirement all to no avail. At least it is there.
