Description

Now a protected species, the Waddi tree (Acacia peuce) is found in only three locations in Australia - two in south-west Queensland and another in a conservation reserve in the Northern Territory. The other site in QLD is south of Boulia. One of Australias rarest plants, the Waddi Trees have spiky, needle-like leaves and thick bark. This is a free campground. It is dog friendly. It is accessible to RVs, camper trailers and caravans. Camping in tents is allowed.
