Found this by accident, it wasn't listed, but a great little spot, very clean because it's new.

This rest area is marked by blue signs as truck parking on the highway, but it is actually big enough for cars, caravans and motorhomes as well. It's clean with tables and chairs, rubbish bins and toilets.
