Our stay at the dam was relaxing for the 5 days we were there but unfortunately the weather was not in our favour. The TV reception at this time was poor always cutting in and out. The phone reception I found was good when sitting under the shelters outside the office. Amenities were clean. Office staff were friendly. The bird life was amazing and even had a visit from a king parrot every day. Rates were reasonable for 2A at $31.50 for power and water if you were a G'Day member. Unfortunately you cannot predict the weather so we would definitely come back again .

Stayed 2 nights, with power and water $70 2A. Sites are pretty big. Camp fires in supplied drums or your own above ground fire pit. Site says Telstra and other reception, both fairly non existent. But can be found around the amenities block. From what I could see they were clean and not that dated. Tv reception for where we where situated was good reception but like all digital TV these days it can fade in and out, weather dependent. It's very peaceful here (no long weekend or school holidays) Birds everywhere which was nice to see. Dam is very low at the moment. I'm sure we'll be back.

First time visit.  Would like to visit again mid week not public holiday.  Nice presentation, had ensuite site very large and roomy. All sites appear very large. Clean amenities. Nice walks, camp kitchens available.  This is a dog park, 9/10 owners were responsible, the one behind us not so much.  Would bark at 0500 , would bark constantly and chase all the birds, we wouldn't have noticed if on another site I guess, so this was the only downside. Meet travellers driving back to VIC but only stayed the night, just a little busy but it's the long weekend.
