I agree with User 1107960. Grass sites are really dirt sites with, if you are lucky, a smattering of grass. However, this is like pretty much every other caravan park that has grass sites. Because of no sun on the site and awning area, the grass will not grow. I recommend getting a slab site. Outside of this, the amenities are excellent.

Avoid this park in the wet weather, only about half the park have cement slabs the rest are a little grass and lots of dirt which turns to mud no proper drainage in this park. Have just had a week living in mud not what I expect when I'm paying for a caravan site.

HAD A NICE WEEK HERE IN THE PIER CARAVAN PARK LAST WEEK. THE GIRLS ON THE COUNTER WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. NO ONE BOTHERED US ALL WEEK EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A SMALL DOG. WE GOT ONE DAYS DISCOUNT FOR BOOKING A WEEK. IT WAS VERY QUIET AND RESTFUL. SHOWERS AND TOILETS ALL NICE AND NEW.....GOOD JOB GUYS.
