Description

Our caravan park is a great base to explore 'The Curry'. This is the birthplace of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), launched by Reverend John Flynn in the 1920s. Learn how Flynn harnessed the emerging technology of pedal radio to pioneer outback communication. Stop into the Mary Kathleen Memorial Park and Museum to view Robert O'Hara Burke's water bottle, local history and photographs, and a celebrated rock and mineral display.

Not a place to stay with young kids as one off the mine workers is loud and every second work is F-c- and F-c- that they are getting louder the more they drink $43:20 a night with G'Day rewards Very over priced having to listen to them

Stayed one night and put us in a large site to stay hitched. The receptionist was great, so helpful. The park grounds and amenities are very clean as expected on a mining site. The all you can eat mess was brilliant, the food was beautiful, wish my missus could make mushroom sauce like that. Would definitely use again
