Cobbold Gorge Caravan Park

Caravan Park

Only a short walk from the swimming pool, restaurant and bar, the camping area is quiet but close enough to be part of Cobbold Village life and to access other facilities if and when you want them. The camping area is unpowered with designated fire pits in a heavily shaded area to provide a cool, relaxed space perfect for camper trailer and tents, with a campsite surface of dirt. This area is NOT suitable for solar panels or caravans due to the heavy foliage and limited space. A variety of powered sites are available in close proximity to clean, modern amenities complete with a laundry, as well as gas and 18 Cobbold Villagewood-fired barbecues and fireplaces. Our powered sites are available in three styles, powered; terraced drive thru; and ensuite (with your own private bathroom). Powered sites have a mixed campsite surface of pebble and dirt. Drive through sites and ensuite sites are predominately a pebble base. Ensuite sites are located in a different area of the Village, further away from the camp kitchen and laundry, so as to allow sites to be spacious and well managed. Generators and drones NOT allowed.

This place is amazing! Well worth the drive in. Yes the road is rough at the moment but this is the fault of the local council not the owners of this amazing hidden outback treasure! We found the prices to be very reasonable considering the remote location. OMG the pool is incredible! The gorge tour with our tour guide Chook was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and fantastic with the kids. Decided to do a Helicopter flight with Abi and she is brilliant. Highly recommend this place to everyone. We will be back for sure with family and friends!

Hi fellow campers. We're booked to do the paddle boarding on Monday (1st Nov) from 11:30am-1pm. Is there anyone staying at the caravan park who would be able to look after our well behaved lab x collie for a couple of hours? Happy to pay of course. 0488 079550

Amazing caravan park! Definitely a favourite, the amenities were nice and clean, the pool was amazing. Didn't go to the restaurant but it looked nice. There is a fire pit put on every night. The tour was so worth it and it was an easy walk, saw some crocs and a koala! The road in and out isn't great it's abit corrugated in some areas but it's not too bad if you're in a 4wd @mikaylaelise_
