We decided to book a premium waterfront site at $49 PN. lovely grassy style with ample room and bush plants as borders. We had a cement slab thankfully as there had been a lot of rain. The sites look down onto e real water sites which looked muddy and dirty. I think I saw power down there but it's not for caravans. Lots of shady trees throughout park. Toilets showers are old but clean and adequate. . Pool looked nice. Kangaroos came and sat with us for happy hour. So too did the kookaburras. Nice place to stay providing great memories. The park itself is not the greatest we've been in but it met our needs. They said international travelers had caused some problems pre Covid hence why you now wear armbands to distance you from those not paying to stay in park. So.

Cape Hillsborough is the best! Kept on extending our stay, ended up 2+ weeks. Grass is mowed regularly, raked and leaves blown to the edges. Amenities clean and tidy. Beach beautiful. Midgies only a problem if you don't spray (with Aeroguard or the like). One of the best in Qld in our opinion. Will be back for our 5th stay next time we're in the area.

Well kept caravan/camping park. Loving tent/rooftop tent sites on the beach front. Great pool and amenities. The midges are horrible and the only reason we didn't stay on any more than 2 nights.
