Site position will affect your stay at any park. We were lucky with our site and we were able to extend our stay in the same spot thanks to very helpful staff. It is a big and busy park with a wide variety of sites - in the sun, under trees, etc. Ask about your site. The amenity blocks are large and clean. The grounds are well maintained. We found the site size fine, we had room for the awning and car parked beside awning. The backs of vans are close but most vans have an annex or privacy screens. The park is in a fantastic spot opposite a beach, surf club and walking and bike tracks. 15 mins drive into Bundaberg.

Very busy, 8 washing machines and only two dryers that take at least 80 min per load and insufficient clothes lines. If trying to get washing done go to a laundromat. Showers hot and strong, clean facilities, reception staff friendly and helpful, quiet at night, great camp kitchen.

We were supposed to have a grass site. Horrible. Just dirt, dirt, and more dirt. Changed when it rained though, mud, mud & mud. Park has no right charging top $ for this rotten service. Other sites looked better. If you are offered #137, #138 or #139. Forget it. You will spend you time sweeping an cleaning your car and shoes. Best to say no. Better option would be on the beach volleyball court. At least the dirt there is clean. Poor form Big 4.
