The Long Lap

We had torrential rain during our visit but this meant the place was quiet! Unpowered section is great. Lovely view of the ocean. Good playgrounds for the kids. I thought the amenities were fine. Reception very friendly. Safe swimming enclosure nearby (in case of sharks I'm told, but didn't see any). Dolphins regular visitors. Water taps around the grounds meant we could easily top up our holding tanks. Generators allowed during set times and in specific areas only, but the camp kitchen also has power outlets. We really enjoyed our time despite the wild weather!

$69 per night and a 3min cold shower if your lucky , very poor signage ! Not good facilities very very basic ! This place badly needs a facility upgrade!

We have just spent 2 nights here, must say it is a beautiful spot, a little expensive, but the amenities block and the camp Kitchen, not as flash as some, but very clean. The 2 girls at reception were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thankyou.
