Our campsites are in a rural setting around a dam with shady trees 🌳& mountain views, close to the Fitzroy River. (10km to the boat ramp)
Campfires 🔥 are allowed in the firepits provided. Firewood 🪵for sale $15 per bag. Basic warm showers & compost loo 🚽. Dog 🐕 friendly. Kid friendly- paddle the kayaks🛶 (free to use) catch & release fishing 🎣 & yabbies 🦞in dam. Quiet gensets allowed.
Halfway between Rockhampton & Yeppoon/Emu Park (beaches). Free zoo in Rocky lovely lagoon at the Rocks in Yeppoon, the singing sailing ship and the ANZAC walk at Emu Park.
