I thought this was a nice spot till it got dark and the neighbouring farm people drove around with spotlights which they directed at our camp from a distance then drove off and we heard a gun shot. Co incidence or not we weren't going to stay there so packed up and camped at nearby Inglewood.

The camp is about 100m from the road but amongst the trees so you are a bit hidden from the passing traffic which is a little noisy. Could do with a mow but was able to find enough clear ground to camp on. It's a small area and could prove tricky to manoeuvre if there was more than one van. Bbq was overgrown with grass and table looks like its nearly ready to use as bbq fuel. But the fact we had it to ourselves was an added bonus.

Not maintained, but very accessible and tidy. Would probably be a bit tight for big rigs, but our 21' was easy to manoeuvre. Highway only had about 4 cars all night.
