Description
Permit required from Visitor Information centre.
Free camping in the marked area at the rear of the Hervey Bay Visitor Information Centre for self contained vehicles only. There is a max stay of 48 hours. It is accessible to RVs, caravans and big rigs. Camping in tents is not permitted. You must have a your own toilet. Toilets in visitor centre when it's open.
A dump point is available.
Dogs are permitted and must be kept under control.
No open fires.
