CP 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 are all one big site but I had it to myself. Mozzies but no other wild life. 2 bars of 4G with Telstra which was enough log to work off. Very exposed to winds in the beach front sites, better off setting up towards the bush side of the campground.

We stayed on site CP1 on the beach front. It was absolutely beautiful watching the sunset go down. There was no campers either side of us which was peaceful and gave us some privacy. The hugh tide came up 1M from the bank so it's safe to camp there. Sand flies were a bit of an issue on the sand but fine at the site. Bring mozzie spray!

Beautiful and peaceful camping. There are marked camp sites all along the beach, they're all very obvious. If you enter the beach immediately after Cowan Cowan, you'll see most of the sites all the way up the beach until you reach Bulwer. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent.
