Yep, a good place to overnight on the PPR. Plenty of room but not a lot that is level. Facilities all clean and functional. No interaction with owners, left our money with the kids. Turn onto the Dunbar via Dixie Rd, only a couple of hundred meters on your right.

Great bush setting. Only 4 of us there. Hot showers, flat sites, picnic shelters, fire wood provided for camp fires. Friendly staff. Bonus = got to see the rare and endangered Golden shouldered Parrot from the bird hide. Well done Artimus for helping to protect these beautiful parrots.

Lovely place to stop either up or back from the Tip. We stayed on the way back & glad we did. Plenty of spots to camp, toilets & showers. The best & cleanest in the whole of Cape York. Would definitely stay again if we are back up here again. $10 per person. Cheaper than Roadhouses.
