Bordering a national park and surrounded by a beautiful creek there is plenty to see and do. Take a short walk to the incredible Devils Pools - filled with an abundance of wildlife including platypus, turtles and eels and perfect for a swim. Take a stroll around the property and see what animals you can find (if you're lucky you may even spot a camel!). Drive an hour north to the Whitsundays or an hour west to Eungella. Spend a day checking out the gorgeous beaches and national parks in the Mackay region. Pick up the essentials from Marian Town Centre - only a 10 minute drive away. Or simply relax and take in the peace and tranquillity that Altmann Country offers. Campfires are permitted. Well behaved pets are allowed. We look forward to welcoming you!
