For us this was the surprise gem of Litchfield. We came in from the Daly River end. The road in had some corrugation, but not too much and not too bad. There were two short creek crossing that had water, but only about 40cm at the deepest, and relatively flat and rocky bottoms, so easy to get through. The car park has lots of picnic tables and chairs, and looks well looked after. The walk in from the car park to the falls is an easy five minutes, with a little bit of rock scrambling once at the falls. The falls are magnificent! Three waterfall levels, the top two into rock pools which are currently beautiful for swimming, and then the last cascade is into a large pool surrounded by ferns and lush greenery… very pretty and also currently clear and good for swimming.

Loved this swimming hole - not busy like some others & well worth the drive in.

19/7/22 road now open both sides. Awesome little swimming hole, love the top one. Just a short 5min walk from car park.
