Such a great walk, we did the 9km including the Ghost Gum lookout. The wade through the water was very exciting but absolutely freezing! It was about waist deep on me. Our bodies where quite numb after but the sun thawed us out. Amazing scenery and lookouts. The first lookout was incredible. Highly recommend this walk. Follow us on Instagram: @vanlifewithlychee

This might be the best walk we've ever done. Spectacular scenery and the 50m wade through ice cold water 500m from home was the icing on the cake! Must do.

This is a magnificent walk with great variety but be aware that right now due to recent rain you must cross thru waist high very cold water to complete the loop - be prepared! Don't know how long it will take for water to go and return to normal so may be worth checking with the rangers before visit if you don't want to cross water. Right now after crossing the water you can switch on to the Ghost Gum Walk for the final leg back to the car park/picnic area. The on-site cafe is fantastic and very reasonable prices.
