8klm rtn walk from 12 mile cattle yard. Path was easy to follow. Some parts are sandy and most in the shade but still got hot so do early in the day. Some wild pigs run across our path while on the track. Wish we could of had a swim at the falls, the water in the Roper River was so blue and inviting. We never saw any crocodiles.

If you want to view a tiny waterfall through some trees then go for it, not worth the walk imo

Track closed sign still up as per the 8th of August. IF SIGNS ARE UP, DONT GO!! Talked to the rangers and the signs are up with purpose! The survey of the tracks hasn't been completed yet. Crocodiles might be present! Dangerous for both adults and children.
