The Frog n' Towed

Short dusty track off the road to the pub. Interesting to walk in the steps of the explorer John McDouall Stuart. Takes you past Cathedral Termite mounds and some information boards until you reach the Stuart Tree on which Stuart supposedly carved the initial 'S' but we couldn't see the carving on the stump that is left.

Chappos on Tour

A great little walk showing the harsh times faced by Stuart and Co

Lovely little walk which takes you to the airfield from the pub. It is not well marked so make sure you have your phone GPS handy and you can get a map from the pub.
