Totally agree with whoever said it was the most stupid place. Can't park anywhere so didn't bother.

What a,stupid place to have an information centre. No parking for caravans let alone a car ..

We were very happy with the information provided by the staff, we were there for about an hour and they checked everything we asked, gave us great advice on what to do and see, so very helpful. This was our best info centre experience so far from VIC to NT, the staff definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We went to the northern lands council to ask about what permits we required - no one in reception, someone from the back office noticed us waiting and called someone to help us, they were very nice but had no idea about permits, no info to share, had never been outside of Darwin, no help at all, just told us to check the website. Such a contrast between the two organisations.
