Presently used by road crew to store trucks and dig gravel. Room for stop maybe?

We wholeheartedlty agree with personalitee. We arrived at Nhulunbuy and the first thing we saw in the caravan park were three Bushtracker caravans. 10 days later when we called in to see some friends we saw 5 Trackmaster caravans. Does this mean that the rules only apply to people with cheaper camper trailers.
