This Paid Campground offers toilets, showers, drinking water, power hookups and swimming. Pets are allowed. It is accessible to motorbikes, RV's, caravans and big rigs. Camping in tents is not allowed. You must book in advance. 8acres Funny Farm.We are a family run business with a mobile mechanic business, we also have a workshop onsite so please mindful of this. we have two hand raised cows. one steer and one bull which can be hand fed all day long. They love a pat and a good scratch. chicken coop with 1 rooster and countless chickens which you are free to collect eggs from. we do have 4 dogs- so if you have your own they must be friendly.we have large dog cages equipped with a sleeping quarters and drinking water if you head to Litchfield for the day or are exploring the area. we have a sea container pool which is free to use- we ask that children are supervised at all times as this is not fenced . we have a large swing set, trampoline & a small sandpit which kids are more than welcome to use. grannyflat is available to book -2bedrooms , queen bed and bunks in the second bedroom.Fully furnished with bathroom, kitchen & lounge room which has a washing machine & dryer on the deck. This is limited to a 7 night stay. We limit 2 caravans at any given time with power & water hook up. We have a donga which has a toilet & shower which is open to guests. Please note it is not connected to power yet or hot water. We do have an outside shower which can be used at any point which has hot water but this is out in the open & is not private. There are many 4wheel tracks/ buggy/ walking tracks around as the block is surrounded by crown land, one which leads to the Blackmore river- one spot perfect to throw crab nets in- other track which leads to the Blackmore river is suitable for swimming ( with caution) in dry season only. We are 5 mins from Darwin River pub which has a little grocery shop, Fuel, Pub ( with a pool) and loads of animals to entertain the kids.
