Description

The Seven emu station is located 85km from Borroloola. Access is only during the dry season and a 4WD is strongly recommended due to the road and river crossings. Arriving on site, you have 2 different campsites. The Cliff camp ($20) is about 5km from the station. You camp above the Robinson River allowing you to have a very nice view on the river. Showers and toilets are available depending on availability. The Coastal camp ($25) is located 38km from the station and allows you to camp directly next to the river. You choose the place you like and settle there. There is a boat ramp to launch your boat, perfect for fishing ! On site you will find fuel (unleaded and diesel), bush medicine handmade by the family, ice, fishing shirts and you can book a bush tour with Frank Shadforth. A place not to be missed both for its beauty and its history
