Description
Best access to bottom site via old Stuart Hwy. Track between repeater has large washout. Best access to top (May 2023) is from the MAIN HIGHWAY , look for dirt track with sign saying 8308 Radio Repeater.
Drive around the Telstra gate, but mind the washout. Don't think it will be accessible after another good rainy season.
This is a free campground. It is dog friendly.
It is accessible to RVs, camper trailers, caravans and big rigs.
Camping in tents is allowed.
Access is from the Old Stuart Highway, follow sign post off the Stuart Highway to Churchill Head. This route has some ruts/washouts.
