Boggy Hole

Located in the Finke Gorge National Park, Boggle Hole is accessible to high clearance 4WD vehicles only. There can be water over the road in several crossings and soft sand crossings. Roads may be closed after heavy rain. Make sure your vehicle is well-maintained and you are an experienced 4WD traveller. Be prepared with extra food and water, vehicle equipment, recovery and safety gear.
Camping is only permitted in the designated camping areas at Palm Valley and along the Finke River at Boggy Hole. There are no facilities. Campers must be self-sufficient.
Collect firewood before entering the park. Rubbish bins are not provided, so take your rubbish with you
Swimming is possible when water levels are high.
Generators and pets are not permitted in this National Park.
