Roadside rest area off of the Newell Highway, 36km from West Wyalong and 68km to Forbes, accessible to vehicles travelling in both directions. Rest areas are a place you can stop and rest to manage fatigue, making your journey safer and more enjoyable, however they are not intended as camp sites. Facilities at this rest area include toilets, picnic tables, shelters and rubbish bins. This is a combined light and heavy vehicle rest area. Please DO NOT park in the truck area and ensure there is plenty of room for trucks to enter and exit the site and to park and take their mandatory rest.
