Royal Hotel Murrurundi
CampgroundDescription
Owner Ken Pannowitz the owner has lovingly and spared no expense renovating this beauty. The staff are helpful & friendly, as are the locals we chatted to.
The history of this pub is incredible. It has been a Cobb & Co station, a mortuary, the judge's residence - the swinging bridge just a short walk from the pub was built to allow him to reach the courthouse on the other side of the often flooded river.
It's worth a stroll around town, there are many things of interest in town and some excellent scenery and beautiful hikes including Paradise Park , bring the golf clubs and enjoy a round of golf for a small fee
Camping: at the rear of the pub, gravel surface. We have availability of up to 15 caravans ~ we also have an overflow camping ground directly across the road
Tents, campers - are welcomed
Toilets & showers- spotless and new ~available 24/7
The hotel is open 7 days
Bistro open 7 days for lunch and dinner
Roy's Cafe a new addition to the property is open Monday through Friday 6.30 am to 11am
