Description
A short walk to the top of a knoll at Central Lookout offers impressive views of surrounding peaks and the Porongorup Range, just 40km to the south.
Carpark is beside the scenic drive, then it's a 400m walk to the lookout, allow 30 mins.
Dogs are not permitted.
No camping or overnight parking allowed.

Wild flowers are superb at the moment

Fantastic views. Sign says it's 400m walk from carpark, 800m return. It's not easy near the top and the track is narrow so you push through the flora. Probably grade 5.

Track is narrow so you push through the flora still. A bit of a rock scramble especially at the end but not too hard and worth it for the view. Lots of wildflowers about.
