Has anyone had any problems in the town recently? We noticed that the last review was a month ago. Not sure whether to stop.

Pulled up today thinking we were at Fitzroy Lodge (yes lazy error not checking map) paid then immediately realized at wrong place as no pool. Asked for refund - their attitude was they will give 1 night but have to email and go through a long process (eftpos machine was working !). They wanted to manually keep my credit card number on paper - no. Facilities not worth $10 night let alone $45. Wrong attitude for customer service industry. Avoid at all cost.

Very sad town. Governments federal and state have just washed their hands of the place for decades. Shameful stuff.
