We used the showers after two days of bush camping, felt so good. Some small leeches, but didn't bother us. The showers belong to the Tidal River Wilderness Retreats, so I don't think they are really free. Anyway it's possible to use them, cause there's no one around, but we felt a little bit like freeloaders.
