Water definitely comes out but only a dribble so drink bottles will be fine but you'll be out of luck for any larger containers.

Great spot! Lots of parking next to the beach. Outdoor shower, bins, toilets on the other end of the carpark and of course the free water to fill up water bottles. Unable to upload photos for some reason.
