Scott Street and Phillips Street roundabout there is a dog standing on some bags and located at the corner of Woolcock Street and Scott Street the centrepiece is a unique life size sculpture of six sheep and kelpie sheep dog to signify the role of the squatters in the early settlement of the Warracknabeal area.
