The whole track is heavily corrugated & washed out in places. Emu to coober Pedy is horrendous! There are also many parts of the track that are over grown so expect some damage to vehicles etc. You need plenty of time to do this track, it is slow going; average speed 20kph. We think this track is the last true outback track in the country now.
