Camping is permitted in self contained recreation vehicles only.
We do not take bookings. It is a first in first serve basis
Payment is to be made at the Front Bar of the Port Augusta Sporting Club upon arrival or at your earliest possible convenience during opening hours.
Sites are unpowered and a dump point is available. Vehicles are limited to 14 consecutive nights.
Dogs are permitted but must be restrained at all times.
If not staying on-site, a cost applies for use of the dump point. Please see their Club reception during opening hours.

Very convenient spot to stop in PA. Arrived about 5pm on a Friday - about 10 spots available but they mostly filled up by 7. Sites are mostly flat and roomy. Pay at bar and get your window ticket. In the Club had a couple of drinks watching the footy, then a delicious meal. Meals priced from about $17-24. Beers/wine cheap. Nearly won a prize in the meat raffle. This stop was a blast.

Nice place to stop overnight, need to be self contained, they have meals on some nights at reasonable prices. Only cook 6pm-7pm.

Good day or 3 stopover. Neat and tidy. Accessible dump point, bins, water can be filled with a long hose but no hook up. Grey water does not have to be contained as I asked. This doesn't mean to leave muddy puddles everywhere. Grab your grey water hose and run it out onto the gardens at the back of your van.
