There are almost 220,000 Vietnamese-born Australians alive who escaped the oppressive communist regime. They each took extraordinarily courageous and dangerous steps to flee. Liem Nguyen, owner of the Yarram Bakery, is one of them and working with artist Heesco, Liem has created an extraordinary thank you to Australia.
