friendly and helpful staff, building is old but everything works and is clean, nice outside areas and swimming pool, i enjoyed my stay there and will be staying there again when i come back through mount isa

Seems like it is an old house with many rooms. Very old, very small. Expensive for what you get. Lots of locals living permanently here, Australians and Aboriginals. Good free unlimited wifi, parking lots and swimming pool. But that was it. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets in the male restroom and one of each is not working. Not good when there are so many people living in the place. Luckily for me , the hostel was empty of guests.

Nice place to stay for short or long term. Old but clean, not too much people atm makes it really quiet.
