Crossed over 16/7/21 with no worries. We had border passes and there was no one there to even check! Just one upturned commodore to say 'see ya later NT!' Road was pretty bad towards the border coming from NT but we did it fine in our Chevy and 22.6 Titanium Caravan. We came from Kulgera via Finke and went to Mt Dare Aussie Destinations Unknown - follow us on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok!

Camped overnight in spacious area opposite SA/NT border info marker. Look out for dirt road on right opposite border sign. About 8 other vans there. Had a campfire & minimal road noise. LOTS of prickles.
