HOT SHOWERS. Soft toilet paper. Free parking. Some of the parking is in the shade. Groceries are walking distance. Parking in Cook Park/toilets/showers open 5am - 10pm, parking limit 3h. Parking at grocery store (Coles) always open but 1h limit. Three showers per gender. Men only have two working showers and only one of those two had a working lock on the door. It doesn't get any better than this for free in Sydney. Believe me. I've rang around and hunted tirelessly.
