Could you please tell me if there is free or low cost camping in this area

Easy access and a good dump point, tap with hose on site (not potable water) BUT around the dump point needs to be tidied up, we were stepping around puddles, the water doesn't seem to drain away and it was smelly, we left feeling like we needed a shower.
