Great location, easy to get the van in and out and even park if needed. Skate park, park and oval right there so keeps the kids busy while emptying (a few people about but I don't know what it would be like when sport is on with the oval right there). The reason I am only giving 2 stars is that it had zero water access. Someone has taken off the tap and there is no hose or any other way to clean up. If anyone was to have a spill it would have to be left as is (and right near the park where people were picnicking is not ideal) if you do need to use, make sure you have enough water to flush and help rinse your tank.
