Description
Oberon is part of the Greater Blue Mountains region located in country New South Wales Australia. Oberon is around 2 hours 40 minutes drive from Sydney. The Oberon Visitor Information Centre is open from 9.30am - 5.00pm 7 days per week.
Being an Accredited Visitor Information Centre, we can provide the latest information on activities in the region including mountain bike riding, horse riding, bushwalking and camping, in the surrounding National Parks and State Forest, to name just a few.
No camping or overnight parking.

The lady at the centre went out of her way to help us with a road closure. We did some shopping in town and got some water for our van Well done Oberon thank you

Really cheerful and helpful. They said we should use their water taps to refill. Which included a hose that reached the roadside for our rig.

We also found Nev at the RSL Military Museum very knowledgeable about the towns war history. Great museum there.
