Excellent displays of Canberra and its history. Very helpful and informative staff and scenic views of lake and attractions. Great place to start a visit to Canberra.

Great information centre although some information on tourist map is out-of-date. The Carillon is not working at all (hasn't been since planned opening date in April 2020). Tidbinbilla Deep Space Centre is not open (hasn't been since March 2020). Old Bus Station Markets closed. We've just driven 54 kms towing a caravan to find a locked gate at Tidbinbilla. Information Centre Staff were very helpful but they did not indicate these places were closed.

Staff very helpful with all info on the Enlighten festival and transport options. Small coffee kiosk outside had good coffee and view across lake.
