Description
This rest area is located on the corner of Tasks Valley Way and the Hume Freeway, 71km from Goulburn and 12km to Yass. It is accessible to vehicles travelling in both directions. When leaving the rest area, be mindful that the south bound traffic is coming downhill and may not be able to stop if you block the road.
Rest areas are a place where you can stop and rest, making your journey safer and more enjoyable. You can stop at a rest area to rest ad manage fatigue however they are not intended as camping sites and stays longer than 24 hours are not permitted.

Stopped last night here on the dirt by trees, busy all night with the trucks air brakes down the hill but still a good stop
