Spent one night in a parking lot there without problems. Nice quiet spot with many trees, but close to some sorts of a sports center. Wombats and opossums passing by at night.

This area is currently regenerating after the fire (see photos). Burnie's lookout platform has been destroyed and that leg of the walk disappears after the lookout so not much up that end. The loop down through the rocks past the weir is still quite pretty, I didnt bother continuing to the creek walk. There are better walks atm.
