Vicks Camping

We booked in for three nights in the van powered sites. 4.5 k's from the water, we were with friends and both thought the same of this park ( powered section) as ordinary. I have slept between sand hills and in dusty desserts, we pulled out and went onto Nundle.

Lovely location. Well maintained grounds, roads bumpy near entrance. Amenities clean, showers hot! Powered van sites boggy, but there has been a heap of rain!

Staff are lovely, the amenities blocks are clean, roads are a little but bumpy but with the amount of rain we've had lately all roads are bumpy. Unpowered camping is pretty much anywhere down near the water along with the cabins. My grandparents stayed in cabin 9 and they said it was just stunning. Powered sites are about 5kms away from the water, back near the entry gates. Gates have a code in them to get in if you're just going for a day visit but you do have to visit the office (down near the water) to pay for your visit so you can get out. If you book online they'll email you a code to use for your visit. All bookings are 1 car per site/cabin, extra cars cost extra
