Stayed one night. Grounds were very wet, but Coffs had huge amount of rain. Was noisy due to highway traffic. Struggled to get sullage and water hook up to the point.

A Few Days In & Our Bikes Were Tampered With. Be Careful With Property. Lovely Staff. Large Site. Road Noise As On The Highway.

The best thing about this van park was leaving. Never-ending highway rumbling all night, dirty ladies showers (see pics) topped off w screaming baby in the van next door meant abt 3hrs sleep. Was given a site that positioned the rear of my van over open uncovered grey water drain that was blocked , smelly, and noisy as emptied right under my bed - also made access into rear of my van difficult. Nice receptionist.
