This park is disgusting. Just a lot of old people living there permanently, watching your every move through a magnifying glass, and complaining if you dare breathe! Certainly NOT for families with kids, or dogs for that matter. The ensuites are also shocking - mould growing everywhere, no ventilation and just ferral. We asked for a big site with shade, and were put onto a tiny spot without any shade. Then our dog was not allowed to bark. Oh my word. Its like asking a baby not to cry!!!! Worst park ever! Should rather just be a retirement village

You tell them you have a large van and they put you somewhere you can't get the van in then told tractor they use is not working. Not friendly at all. You have to pay 7 days in advance

Stayed in a cabin over the Cooly Rocks period. They allocated us one of their new 2021 cabins, it was a very pleasant stay. There are lots of elder permanents in this park who didn't cause us any issues. Only slight issues were the location being directly under airport flight path and the double bed was a bit small compared to what we are used to. If booking a cabin, best to call and request a newer cabin.
