Description
Aranyani Bison Adventure Tourist Park is set on 1180 acres in the beautiful Bungawalbin catchment area which is the largest freshwater wetland in the southern hemisphere. This catchment provides habitat for the highest diversity of paperbarks (Melaleucas) and red gums in the world. It also provides habitat for a great diversity of plants and animals, with over 50 of them being classed as threatened species as well as plants that are endemic to the area make it one of Australia's biodiversity hotspots. Our working farm uses best practices for the environment and our animals.
Aranyani has a 2.5 km stretch of Myrtle Creek with pockets of golden sand and plenty of freshwater fish hiding around the fallen trees. A fisherman's paradise or a great place to bring the kids for a play. There are plenty of walking tracks throughout the entire property where you can see abundant wildlife in their natural habitat and many other activities for the whole family to enjoy like camping in Native American style tipis or pitching tents on our level campsites, swimming, archery, canoeing, putt putt mini golf and lots more. This is some of the best coastal Australian bush remaining in NSW and only a 45 minute drive to Evans Head beach to go for a surf or swim in the ocean.
