In the area for 5 weeks during rainy March 2022 and other camps in the region were closed. I stayed in my camper at Avina and the facilities which were in serious need of deep cleaning, were not functional, or were in such poor state of repair as to be unusable. Cockroaches running over my feet in the toilets didn't help with the overall feel. Rates seem to be randomly applied, and my site was $49p/n because I was staying on busier nights of (weirdly) Monday and Wednesday when I'd been told weekend nights would cost more, couldn't make sense of it. Tried to resolve this but staff member very unpleasant to deal with. Not a place I'd recommend and there are some very cool camps nearby so choose one of them instead.

SPENT THE MONEY ON SLAB SITES & UPDATES. Staff friendly Pet friendly. Close to shops. Not a wet weather place on a lot of the sites. Amenities could use up dates and clean away bugs & cobwebs in laundry. Fix clothes lines.
